We exclusively store and process the data you provided for the purpose of organising, out-carrying and post-processing the event indicated above. This includes sending invitations and, if necessary, information on short-term changes of locations etc. After the event, we may also provide you with materials such as shown presentations, information and working materials or a protocol.
We will delete the digitally stored data no later than six weeks after the event, as long as no legal provisions demand storage for a longer period. Only the count and the (anonymous) institutional affiliation of participants are stored permanently for statistical purposes, e.g., to be able to assess whether scientific departments use the offered range of training courses evenly. We will also keep the paper list on which participants confirm their presence at the event with their signature.
Please also take note of our general declaration on privacy and data protection.
